K-Y Yours+Mine “Dinner On Us” Sexy Valentines Online Sweepstakes Official Rules

Eligibility: This online sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older or the age of legal majority in their state of residence at time of entry.

Mail-in Entries: To enter via mail, send an approximate 3×5 card with your name, address (no PO boxes), date of birth, email address and telephone number in a standard envelope with proper postage affixed to:

All mail in entries must be postmarked by February 28, 2009 and received no later than March 7, 2009. Each entry must be in a separate postmarked envelope.

Entry Limit: Limit one entry per person/email address by either Internet or regular mail method. Multiple entries per person, including multiple entries by the same entrant using different email addresses, will invalidate ALL entries submitted by that entrant.

Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize: A 7-day/6-night trip for two (2) to Paris, France. The trip prize package includes roundtrip coach air transportation for two persons from a major airport near winner’s home to Paris, France, double occupancy hotel accommodations, select ground transportation and $1,500.00 spending money for winner (ARV $13,750.00).

Nine (9 – one per week) First Prizes: A 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada. Prize package includes roundtrip coach air transportation for two persons from a major airport near winner’s home to Las Vegas, Nevada, double occupancy hotel accommodations, select ground transportation and $500.00 spending money for winner (ARV $2,000.00 each).

One Hundred (100) Second Prizes: A $75 Visa® prepaid card (ARV $75.00 each).

One Thousand (1,000) Third Prizes: A $25 Restaurant.com® Gift Certificate (ARV $10.00 each).

Prize Limit: One prize per Household/Person.

Weekly Drawings: First Prize drawings will be held once a week starting on January 8, 2009 and concluding with the ninth and final drawing on or around March 10, 2009. First Prize winners will be selected from among all eligible mail and Internet entries received by the end of each week.

Sweepstakes Drawing: All other Winners will be selected in a separate random drawing to be held on or about March 10, 2009 by Hammer Marketing, an independent judging organization whose decisions regarding this online sweepstakes are final in all respects. All other prize winners will be selected from among all eligible mail and Internet entries received. Entrants need not be present at the drawing to win.
