One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for the Grand Prize winner and one guest to Atlanta, Georgia. Grand Prize includes: Round-trip, coach-class airfare for winner and one guest; two nights’ hotel accommodations ( one double-occupancy room, excluding room service, meals, and other incidental, $400 USD corporate check for the winner only; one 2017 Victory Octane Motorcycle and Victory Octane Accessories and Apparel for the Grand Prize winner only (motorcycle, accessories and apparel subject to availability and Sponsor’s discretion) and Meet and Greet for the Grand Prize winner and guest with master designer, Bryan Fuller, to customize the Grand Prize winner’s Accessories (details at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) Motorcycles awarded to a California, Massachusetts, New York, or Vermont resident will include required emissions equipment, if applicable. Winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize motorcycle at an authorized Victory Motorcycles® dealer or other location as designated by Sponsor. The Grand Prize does not include any additional costs beyond delivery to the delivery location designated by Sponsor. Winner must show evidence of insurance and a valid license to operate a motorcycle in order to accept delivery, or prize will not be awarded and an alternate winner may be chosen. The Grand Prize winner will receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, if the winner is a U.S. resident. The single cash payment will be based on a 34% tax rate of the final Grand Prize value. The single cash payment is intended to assist with any federal or state tax obligations related to the Grand Prize, but in no event will the single cash payment exceed $8,190.39 for the Grand Prize.
If the winner is a U.S. resident, the total ARV of the Grand Prize is $24,089.39.
If the winner is a Canadian resident, the total ARV of the Grand Prize is $15,899.
