To enter, write a description of what your minor child wants to be when he/she grows up (in 100 characters or less)). Entrants will also be given the option to upload a photo of the minor child’s artwork depicting what he/she wants to be when he/she grows up. Uploading a photo is optional and is not required to receive an Entry.
Entry must be the original (written by entrant), unprofessional work of the entrant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
Entry Limit: one entry per person and per email address per minor child and per household. You may only use one email address to enter
One Grand Prize:A $10,000 check which may be used toward winner’s child’s college tuition
One First Prize: A $5,000 check which may be used toward winner’s child’s college tuition
One Second Prize: A $2,500 check which may be used toward winner’s child’s college tuition
One Third Prize:A $1,000 gift card to The Children’s Place
Winner Determination: on or about 10/14/13, a panel of qualified judges, selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will judge all eligible Entries received throughout the Contest Period based on the following criteria:
- Creativity (33%)
- Adherence to Contest theme (33%)
- Thoughtfulness (34%)
