Eligibility: open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are between the ages of 5 and 12 at the time of entry with prior parental permission.
Entry Dates: begins on February 20, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on March 13, 2012.

Entry Limit: one entry per person per day.
One Grand Prize: A trip for winner and up to eleven (11) guests to Orlando, FL.Winner’s Guests must include up to three (3) immediate family members, one (1) of which must be a parent or legal guardian, and up to four (4) of GP Winner’s friends. Each Friend must be accompanied by one (1) parent or legal guardian. Trip Package includes (i) roundtrip coach airfare for up to twelve (12) persons from the major airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence to Orlando, FL; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations at Nickelodeon Hotel and Suites in Orlando, FL; (iii) round trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel, (iv) round trip ground transportation to and from the hotel and the shopping mall or other retail outlet; and (v) $200 shopping cash or gift card value for Winner and $200 for each Friend under age 12. Winner will also receive $1,000 spending money. In addition, Winner will be featured in a fulfillment spot highlighting the Grand Prize activities. Winner’s Friends may be able to participate in the Fulfillment Spot, subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV: $13,200.00
