  • (97) FIRST PRIZES: a SentrySafe Combination Big Bolt FIRE-SAFE®- Model SFW123CS. ARV: $150.00
  • (97) SECOND PRIZES: a SentrySafe FIRE-SAFE® – Model HD4100. ARV: $50.00.
  • (97) THIRD PRIZES: a SentrySafe Fire-Chest – Model H0100. ARV: $30.00.

One Sweepstakes Grand Prize: a $5,000 Series EE U.S. Savings Bond. The $5,000 face value is based on the bond maturity date, approximately 20 years from the date issued/purchased. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $2,500.00.

    I was wondering is it normal procedure for them to ask for a government photo ID? I have to sign a Eligibility Release form and send them a copy of my ID, I guess this is for tax purposes. I just want to be careful what information I give out.
