Entry Dates: The Promotion begins on October 1, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Entry Limit: Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Tell A Friend Program: After you play the Instant Win Game, you will be invited to submit the names and email addresses of up to five (5) friends who must be eligible to enter the Promotion. Each person that you refer will receive an email notifying them about the Promotion. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. For each referral of up to five (5) friends with valid email addresses, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes. During the Promotion Period, you may receive up to five (5) additional entries into the Sweepstakes per day through Tell A Friend Program.

Prizes:

Grand Prize (3): A $2,000 Visa Gift Card that can be used towards your mortgage and the opportunity to play Million Dollar Challenge on Saturday, February 06, 2010 (read the details on their rules page)

Drawings: Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential Sweepstakes winner, from among all eligible entries received each Month during the Promotion Period. Winners will be drawn on the following dates; November 4, 2009, December 2, 2009, and January 6, 2010. Non-winning entries will carry over into subsequent drawings.

Million Dollar Challenge: The three (3) Grand Prize winners will have an opportunity to win $1,000,000. Once verified pursuant to Section 7 above, the Administrator will provide each Grand Prize winner with a unique password to play the Million Dollar Challenge. Grand Prize winners, beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET on Saturday, February 06, 2010 and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET on Saturday, February 06, 2010, can visit quickenloans.promo.eprize.com/million/, login with your email address and your unique password, and you will be taken to the game page where there will be ten (10) blank entry fields with the numbers 0 – 9 in each. Prior to Saturday, February 06, 2010, Administrator will have randomly generated one (1) winning combination of ten (10) numbers. Using the blank entry fields, select the ten (10) numbers you believe match the winning combination. You will only have one (1) attempt to select the winning combination of ten (10) numbers. If you select the winning combination of numbers, in the exact order as those previously randomly selected by Administrator, you will be the potential winner of the $1,000,000.
