HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN GIVEAWAY: To participate in the Promotion, access the Outback Steakhouse page at www.facebook.com/outback and follow the on-screen directions to provide the required entry information during the Promotion Period prior to 11:59 PM ET on 12/31/09. Coupons will be distributed by email to the first 500,000, successfully registered eligible participants, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereof.

LIMIT: One (1) coupon per person in this Promotion.

COUPON DETAILS/REDEMPTION/RESTRICTIONS: Bring your coupon to any participating Outback Steakhouse® location and submit it to authorized restaurant personnel to redeem the coupon. A coupon is good for one (1) FREE BLOOMIN’ ONION with the purchase of an entrée. Coupon expires 21 days from the earlier of (i) the date the emailed coupon is opened or (ii) 12/31/09. The Outback Bloomin’ Onion Promotion and Offer concludes as of 12/31/09, 11:59 PM EDT. One coupon per person, per table per visit. Valid at participating Outback Steakhouse locations in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia only.
