As usual their general rules apply and can be found if you read this post I wrote about the My Coke Rewards Instant Win Game rules. These apply to all instant win games until the end of 2009.
To play follow these simple instructions:
- Visit www.mycokerewards.com.
- Create or log into your account.
- Click here to go to the Best Buy Pitch In Card game.
- Click on the link to the official rules at the bottom of the game page.
- Scroll down until you see rule 5B.
- Click on the link that read, Click here as shown below.
- Type in the security code as shown and click Submit.
- Note: you may want to get all of your 5 turns by going back to the official rules and clicking on the link 4 more times now instead of doing it after you play the game once.
- Then close that window and click on the game to play.
- Click Enter.
- Click next to, I’ll use my free entry, and click Submit.
- There is no way to skip this game so click Spin and then click Stop to find out if you are a winner.
- Click Next and go back to the game and follow steps 9-12 to play your last 4 turns for the day.
Specific Rules for this Instant Win Game:
Timing: The Instant Win Game will begin November 1, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and end November 30, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET
Entry Limit: Each participant may play a total of 5 times per day.
Prizes:
1 GRAND PRIZE: $5,000 deposited into your Best Buy Pitch In Account.
3,500 FIRST PRIZES: $10 deposited into your Best Buy Pitch In Account. ARV: $10.
Prize Limit: 1 Instant Win Game Prize per person.

I won a 10.00 card But everytime I try to email them my code it says that it is the wrong address.Is anyone else having this problem

I got the card today and followed all the directions-but the card does not have the money on it. It says my balance is zero. I emailed the coke rewards people so we will see. When I call Best Buy Pitch In they have no clue..

I've been having the same problems as everyone else. I tried emailing and it also says it is the wrong address. I tried several times and eventually one went through. But it's been my 7-10days time limit and still nothing is loaded on my card. They sent my card a few days ago…is this just a ploy to get people to have their card?
Ok, I called the number above..1-866-776-6610, and they directed me to another number for eprize: 1-866-218-5697 and after you listen you get told to send an email if you have problems: mycokerewards@eprizefulfillment.com…..so I guess I'll try that…I won on 11/5 and still nothing but an empty card.
you can get up to 10 "free" entries per day, 5 to use for the instant win pitch in game and 5 for the $15 Best Buy instant win game. Oh, and instead of playing the game right after getting your free entry, you can get all of them at once then go play the game.
Got a response from the email I sent…said it will be loaded in 7-10 days, so we'll see….
I won $10 back on November 5th. Followed directions exactly, got card in mail but no money on it. I have tried emailing several times. STILL waiting. I hope this isn't a scam, I haven't seen anyone who has actually received the funds on their card.
It's definitely not a scam. It is run by Coke. I have gotten many cards from their last promotion. They are probably having trouble with the company who takes care of putting funds on these cards. Try calling them or emailing the.

When u followed the instructions to reedeem it and emailed them with your special coke pin did u get the same email back??
Yes, when I tried to email them following the instructions, all the emails came back to my acct. Also it is now 24 days past my win and I still have a 0 balance on my card. It is also past the 10 days since their email back to me saying it would be loaded in 7-10 days. I emailed them yet again to see what will happen and I will keep posting my results. This is ridiculous…definitely the hardest prize I've ever had to claim and I've won several thru coke. Still wondering if it is just a ploy to get you to have pitch in cards……
I am having the same problems as Patti. Past the 7-10 days as well, emailed again today. I was told the fulfillment dept is behind. I agree this is the hardest prize I have ever had to claim!

They are in the process of uploading the balances of gift cards this week. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience

I got my funds today after emailing coke a few days ago!
Same here I got a email saying my card is being mailed than another that funds were added so I checked and it was $10..Yeah
I still have not received anything…I won over a month ago and have had several emails from them saying they had glitches etc. Still waiting…

I finally got an email for my address-they were just going to mail me another card since they had so many problems.
