Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 or older at the time of entry and have an account with Amazon.com.
How to Enter: Visit www.amazon.com/bestcovers
Round One: Between 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on September 1, 2009 and 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on September 20, 2009, visit www.amazon.com/bestcovers and vote on the best magazine cover in one or more of the ten categories displayed on the site. You will receive one entry for each vote you submit, up to a maximum of ten entries. All votes submitted during Round One must be submitted during one visit to the site.
Round Two: Between 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on September 21, 2009 and 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on September 30, 2009, visit www.amazon.com/bestcovers and vote for the best magazine cover from among the ten finalists from Round One. You will receive one entry for the vote you submit in Round Two and you may vote only one time.
Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) $10,000.00 Amazon.com Gift Card. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $10,000.00. GC may be used only for purchases of eligible goods on Amazon.com or its affiliated website www.endless.com. GC cannot be redeemed for purchases of gift certificates or cards, or for items from some third party sellers. GC cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any account.
Prize Drawing. The potential prize recipient will be selected at a random drawing to be held on or about October 10, 2009. To be eligible for the drawing, entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on September 30, 2009. The potential Grand Prize recipient will be notified by phone and/or e-mail within three (3) business days following the drawing and will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.
