Pringles is looking for residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., 21 or older at the time of entry, to share how they enjoy Pringles or how they imagine they might enjoy Pringles.
ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
HOW TO ENTER: submit, along with your entry, one of the following:
- an original photograph OR
- an original video (maximum of 1 minute in length) OR
- an original 140-character (or fewer) statement (including spaces and punctuation).
An entry’s posting will not have any bearing on winner determination or winning a prize. Submissions/entries will not be judged.

ENTRY DATES: Beginning 12:00:01 PM (noon) (ET) on 8/5/09 through 11:59:59 AM (ET) on 9/11/09.
ENTRY LIMIT: one entry per email address per day. If more than one entry is received per person per day, only the first such entry received will be eligible
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Submissions must comply with format/file requirements posted at www.pringles.com. Statement and video submissions must be in English. Video submissions can be in color or black and white and may be enhanced with your own graphics, special effects and/or animation, as applicable. Video and photo submissions must contain the entrant only; no other persons may be depicted in the video or photo. If a submission depicts an identifiable individual other than the entrant, that entry is disqualified. Professional or studio photos and videos are not eligible. If submitting a video or photo, entrant must receive prior written permission from the videographer or photographer of the submission, if videotaped or photographed by someone other than the entrant him/herself.
SUBMISSIONS MUST BE YOUR OWN ORIGINAL UNPUBLISHED WORK THAT HAS NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED, SUBMITTED PREVIOUSLY IN A CONTEST OF ANY KIND, EXHIBITED OR DISPLAYED PUBLICLY (i.e., disclosed beyond your immediate circle of friends and family), NOR WON A PRIZE OR AWARD, AND CANNOT CONTAIN, INCORPORATE OR REFERENCE ANYTHING THAT IS OWNED BY ANY THIRD PARTY OR ENTITY OR WOULD REQUIRE THE CONSENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY OR ENTITY IN ANY JURISDICTION
PRIZES:
(2) Grand Prizes: A 4-day/3-night trip for 2 to New York City, 10/8/09 – 10/11/09, to attend the Food Network Wine & Food Festival including round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, hotel accommodations (double occupancy), a pair of admission tickets to the Chelsea Market After Dark and various festival events, a $250 Gift Card for winner, ground transportation from/to NY airport/hotel, and the opportunity to meet Guy Fieri (subject to availability) (ARV: $4,000 per prize; there is no retail value associated with meeting Guy Fieri)
