Eligibility: Legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older are eligible to enter.

Entry Dates: begins June 5, 2009, and ends September 22, 2009.

Entry Limit: One entry per household.

Prizes:

One (1) grand winner will receive a $1,000 check
Five (5) first prize winners will each receive a $500 check
Ten (10) second prize winners will each receive a $250 check

Prize Limit: One prize per household.

Drawing Date: On or about October 5, 2009, a random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted under Sponsor’s supervision. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or mail and the prize delivered approximately thirty (30) days from date of winner verification.
