Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Entry Dates: begins on July 1, 2009 and ends on September 27, 2009.

How to enter: three (3) ways:

2. Click on any banner that is advertising this Promotion on the internet
3. Find a social networking widget that is advertising this Promotion on the internet and place the widget on your social networking page, then click on the widget.

Complete and submit the online entry form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day.

Entry Limit: Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day, regardless of method of entry, during the Promotion Period.

Prizes: Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $10,000 Crutchfield gift card to be used towards customizing your own home theater system.

Drawing Info: Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
