I went to several Walgreens and bought the candies. The receipts only printed out at 2 of the 9 stores I went to. Out of the times I has success getting the game receipt I didn't win but got one $.25 coupon off a bag of Hershey's candy 8 – 9.6oz. Thank God for the free candy friday deal. For me it was much better then this promo.

Yes, I bought a Skor bar twice so far (.69). Kit Kats and Payday bars are the other options. No win either time. The .25 coupon that prints out if you lose is for a 8-9 oz bag of candy, so not helpful for this promo.

I entered this contest today just by buying the candy. It wasn't specially marked or anything–it's just the smaller single-serving size. The cash register automatically prints out if you won, or not, and whatever prize/coupon or verification code you need. I was given one entry for each candy bar I bought, and that was printed on the bottom. At least that's the way it worked at my Walgreens, so I suspect everyone can just walk in and buy the candy.
