Eligibility: All legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), 18 years and older as of time of entry, are eligible to enter the Promotion

Entry Dates: 5/17/09 and ends 7/12/09.

How to enter: Visit www.saladsathome.com and register by entering your valid e-mail address, and when prompted, complete all of the requested information, e.g., your first and last name, complete address, date of birth, and answer the optional survey questions. Game Prizes will not be shipped to a P.O. Box.

Note: Gender is optional on the entry form.

Game Play: To play the game register and pick a salad. Then click on each ingredient from the picture of the salad and the salad dressing to unload the instant game play. You get a second play if you answer the 5 trivia questions after the first game play. The questions don’t have to be answered correctly.

Entry Limit: One per day per person.

Prizes: (5,600) Game Prizes: one (1) of the following randomly assigned coupons:

• (A) a Dole® Salads Coupon
• (B) a Marie’s® Salad Dressing Coupon
• (C) a Fresh Gourmet® Coupon good on any Fresh Gourmet product
• (D) a Dole® Mandarin Orange Coupon
• (E) an Athenos® Feta Cheese Coupon
• ARV: $3.99 each coupon

Prize Limit: one Game Prize per person or household address. Winner will receive an e-mail confirming his/her mailing address before mailing of Game Prize.

Sweeps Rating: Winnable/Sweeties Pick Lots of prizes to be won, two chance per day per person. Second chance drawing when it is over for remaining coupons that were not given away instantly. It lasts 8 weeks.
