I have the perfect “butt ugly” dog pic don’t ya think. Okay so I changed the name of the sweepstakes – I couldn’t resist!

Eligibility: open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and have Internet access as of March 15, 2009.

Entry Dates: begins on March 16, 2009 and ends on May 8, 2009.

How to enter: Visit AnimalPlanet.com/Frisco and access the online Sweepstakes entry page.

Note: If you use a form filler to fill out the form it will fill out the form and when you go to submit it you will get errors because this form will not think it is filled out. Use the form filler and then click in the First name box and then use your Tab key on the keyboard to tab all of the way through the form. Then you will see the green checkmarks. Then click Submit.

Entry Limit: Limit one entry per person per day.

Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for four people to the World’s Ugliest Dog Competition in Petaluma, California and $1,000 spending money. ARV $6,000

One (1) First Prize: Pet Health Insurance for winner’s dog for one year up to a maximum value of $500. If the winner does not have a dog or already has pet insurance, the prize will be awarded as $500 cash in the form of a check made payable to the winner.

Daily Prizes: Fifty-five (55) daily winners per day from among the eligible entries received for that day. A total of 2,970 daily prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Pledge™ Fabric Sweeper for Pet Hair, ARV $4.60.

Drawing Date: on or about May 14, 2009.
