Quilted Northern Ultra Plush “Everyday Plush” Online Sweepstakes

TO ENTER ONLINE: Go to www.quiltednorthern.com. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 AM ET on 1/12/09.

TO ENTER BY MAIL: Hand print your name, complete street address, daytime phone number and date of birth on a plain piece of 3″ x 5″ paper and mail it to Quilted Northern Ultra Plush. “Everyday Plush” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1159, Glenview, IL 60025. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than 1/12/09 and received no later than 1/22/09 to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

Limit: one (1) entry per person/household/e-mail address, per day, regardless of method of entry during the Promotion Period.

WINNER SELECTIONS: One (1) Daily Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from both entry methods combined corresponding to that day on or about seven (7) days following each Daily entry deadline.
