Eligibility: NicoDerm CQ 21 Day Online Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entr.
Timing: The Promotion begins on December 30, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 3, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, go to www.nicodermcq.com/21daystrong and fill out the online entry form.

01/24/09 UPDATE! A reader said they keep having the entry form go right back each time they try to enter. It is probably because it is giving you a warning about the phone number but it is very small on the screen so you can’t see it too well. The phone number you type in must be in this format using the parentheses (555) 555-5555.

I have never been able to play this game, it let me sign up but now I instantly get the code verification and I type it and it brings it right back so I hit submit and it says error. every day ???
